Terms And Conditions

Any order, even if related to future supplies, must be considered as a proposal, and the contract will be finalized, in all respects, only with the sending of the order confirmation.
Supplies refer to the quantities, quality, and colors specified in our sent order confirmation, and any modification of the latter will be executed only after our explicit acceptance.
The order confirmation is intended as acceptance of the goods, any withdrawal after the order confirmation involves a penalty of 70% of the amount.
The delivery date is intended unless unforeseen production events occur. And it is conditioned by payments not made according to the deadlines. Usually, the delivery date is expected within 60 working days from the date of confirmation, or where provided by the payment deposit or the opening notification of the letter of credit, unless otherwise previously agreed.

Therefore, if provided in the payment methods, gratify confirm the order with a cautionary deposit to confirm the successful production.

Any non-payment for internal management reasons leads to the suspension and cancellation of any order in note, even if confirmed with our order confirmation document.
The buyer, by signing the order, undertakes to observe all the sales conditions, remaining bound to the observance of the current list prices, calculated net of taxes and duties and transport costs.
The minimum order quantity is 6 pieces per style and assorted color for standard sizes (from 90/105 to 115/130) for a total of 500.00 euros.

The sums paid, prior to the occurrence of the counter-performance can be considered as a “deposit or co-signatory bond” which does not represent an advance on the agreed price, but assumes a compensatory function in case of contractual non-fulfilment. It is an anticipatory conventional settlement of damages in case of non-fulfilment on the part of the buyer to this contract and in the event that the buyer does not collect the goods within 6 months from the payment of the aforementioned Deposit.

Prices are valid for six months until stocks are exhausted and in assigned port.
If there were increases on the goods, such as to make the sales performance excessively burdensome, our company reserves the right to communicate an update of the agreed price, or to send a general communication, and in any case to resolve the contract, excluding any liability on its part towards the buyer.
Any agreed discount will be confirmed only by means of order confirmation.
Prices are understood for a minimum purchase of six pieces per style and for assorted colors in standard sizes.
The production of unique sizes and/or extra-large sizes (greater than 115 cm, waist measurement) involves a price supplement.
Our company plans to produce samples, only for orders of quantities exceeding 120 pieces per style and color confirmed with a 30% deposit.
Or by paying twice the price reserved for stores. We remind you that our company policy provides for the refund of samples, for successful orders.
For customization (OEM), our company charges about 50 euros, for the production of each custom plant and/or mold.
Prices are understood as ex-factory, (Intercom Ex Works) shipping costs are your responsibility. In any case, even in the event of different agreements, the goods travel at the risk and peril of the buyer.

The goods remain our property until full payment of the invoice. Pursuant to the 3rd paragraph of Art.1498 C.C.
All our products are the result of meticulous craftsmanship, completely handmade according to the best tradition of leather workers and Made in Italy tanning. Any imperfection in shape and color turns out to be exclusive merits of each single garment.
All our collections are our creations. Therefore, we own all the designs and models that are appropriately registered and patented. For bulk orders, we grant exclusivity of the article in your region.
Your data will be processed in compliance with the regulations ART.13 legislative decree.196 of June 30, 2003
For any dispute, the court of Naples is competent.

The payment methods preferred by our company are:
- bank transfer 30% to confirm production and 70% before the goods departure
- letter of credit for amounts over 10,000 euros
Any insolvency leads to the suspension of any form of payment extension
All bank charges for services and currency exchange are the buyer’s responsibility. The sending of this document, even if not countersigned by the buyer, implies the implicit acceptance of all our sales conditions and the order confirmation document.
